A cleaning-team equipment package should be calculated around the bottleneck of the complete process: preparation, extraction, drying, transport and service reserve. This guide explains how to scale a system based on Purezza Scirocco.
Start with a workload map
List ten to twenty recent or planned jobs and classify them as sofas, mattresses, vehicles, rugs or commercial carpet. Record travel, dry preparation, chemistry, extraction, drying, packing and equipment service time. This reveals the stage that actually limits capacity.
| Metric | What to record | Equipment impact |
|---|---|---|
| Typical job | Sofa, mattress, vehicle or carpet area | Tool, pump and solution reserve |
| Extraction time | From first wet pass to final recovery | Whether a second extractor is justified |
| Drying time | Until safe return to use | Number and positioning of SU-290 units |
| Logistics | Lift, parking, water and power distance | Hose, cable and transport setup |
| Downtime | Tank rinsing, blocked jet and service | Consumables and equipment reserve |
Packages for one operator, a pair and a team
| Work format | Core package | First upgrade |
|---|---|---|
| One mobile operator | 1 Purezza, upholstery tool, chemistry, defoamer, floor protection and consumables | SU-290, spare jet and quick connectors |
| Two operators | 1 Purezza, two hand-tool sets and two air movers with split preparation/extraction tasks | Second extractor when parallel jobs are frequent |
| Busy team | 2 Purezza units, several tools, 3–6 air movers after calculation and spare hoses | Reserve pump or machine, service schedule and parts stock |
This is not a promise of a specific number of jobs per day. Capacity depends on job size, soil, skill, Moscow traffic and site conditions. Add a second extractor when operators regularly wait for the first machine.
Allocating Siaflo and Aquatec
The current Siaflo card lists a 12 bar pump with 9 bar working pressure using a 0.15 jet. The Aquatec card lists a 250 PSI pump set to 15 bar and 3.8 l/min. Both provide 360 mbar vacuum, 15/14-litre tanks and an approximate 16 kg weight.
| Task | Practical base | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Furniture, mattresses and vehicles | Siaflo or flow-controlled Aquatec | Moisture control and tool contact determine quality |
| Mixed mobile jobs | Siaflo as a general base | Moderate delivery for common tasks |
| Large volume and carpet tools | Aquatec after compatibility check | More delivery reserve for high workload |
| Reserve machine | The same platform as the main fleet | Simpler hoses, connectors and training |
Calculating SU-290 quantity
The extractor is occupied only during rinsing and recovery, while an air mover keeps working as the operator moves on. The current SU-290 page lists 290 W, 3,200 m³/h and sequential connection of up to six units. Start with one per operator, measure the real cycle and add another when cleaned sections regularly wait for airflow.
Power, logistics and reserve
- Connect extractors, heaters and other high-load equipment to approved independent circuits, not merely different sockets.
- Use grounded cables and extensions rated for the load.
- Calculate current before chaining air movers.
- Keep spare jets, seals, connectors, valves, fuses and consumables.
- Record operating hours, rinsing, replaced parts and early fault symptoms.

When is a second extractor justified?
When one machine regularly blocks parallel work or its downtime stops the complete schedule.
Can a business start with one Purezza?
Yes. Measure the real process first, then invest in the actual bottleneck.
How many air movers are needed for two extractors?
Calculate by simultaneously drying zones. Teams often need more air movers than extractors.
Should the fleet use different versions?
Siaflo can cover routine tasks and Aquatec larger work, while identical units simplify reserve and training.
What matters for Moscow jobs?
Include parking, lift access, site power limits, water distance and traffic time between appointments.
