Regarding the processing of personal data

 

1. General provisions
   1. The policy of processing personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) of Individual Entrepreneur Bagmat Leonid Aleksandrovich (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) was developed in accordance with Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as FZ-152).
   2. This policy has been developed in order to implement the requirements of legislation in the field of processing and ensuring the security of personal data and is aimed at ensuring the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing his personal data by the Operator
   3. This Policy is subject to placement on a public resource – on the Operator's official website https://clean.u3dp.ru/ in unlimited access.
   4. This Policy is subject to revision in connection with changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of processing and protection of personal data, based on the results of assessing the relevance, sufficiency and effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data processing by the Operator.
   5. This Policy applies to actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer, deletion of personal data.
   6. The Policy uses the following main concepts:

• Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology
• Security of personal data — the state of protection of personal data, characterized by the ability of users, technical means and information technologies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems.
• Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.
• Confidentiality of personal data — a requirement mandatory for compliance by the Operator or other person who has gained access to personal data not to allow their disclosure and distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
• Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
• Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
• Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly determined or determinable natural person (subject of personal data).
• Subject of personal data — a natural person who is directly or indirectly determined or determinable using data.
• Other information — this is data by which it is impossible to identify a natural person or which does not directly relate to him.
  1.  The Operator is the administrator of the online store https://clean.u3dp.ru/, processes personal data independently and voluntarily posted on the site by Subjects and guarantees that the information received will be used exclusively for the purposes of:

• Authentication of confirmation of Subject's actions,
• Individual accounting of client orders in order to fulfill contracts with clients
• Processing and delivery of orders created by Subjects on the site
• Improving the quality of work and providing services
• Providing the Subject with effective customer and technical support in case of problems with the site
• Establishing feedback with the Subject, including sending requests regarding the use of the site, processing orders, resolving problematic issues 
  1. Collection of personal data from users of the online store https://clean.u3dp.ru/ is carried out when registering a personal account and placing an order
  2. Personal information processed on the website of the online store https://clean.u3dp.ru/ includes:

• Last name, First name, Patronymic
• Phone number
• Email address
• Personal account login
• Delivery address
  1. The user of the online store https://clean.u3dp.ru/ by filling out the registration form on the site, confirmed by his login and password, as well as placing an order for the purchase of goods, expresses his will and consent to the processing of personal data.
  2. In case of disagreement with the processing of personal data, the order and registration of a personal account cannot be completed.

 

2. Conditions for processing personal data

The Operator processes personal data if at least one of the following conditions is met:

• processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data;
• processing of personal data is necessary to ensure access to the closed part of the site, analytics of the actions of an individual on the website and the functioning of the website.

 

3. Rights and obligations of the Operator when processing personal data
   1. The Operator has the following rights:

• process personal data of the Subject of personal data in accordance with the stated purpose;
• require the Subject of personal data to provide reliable personal data necessary for the execution of the contract/provision of the service;
• transfer personal data to third parties, in particular courier services, postal organizations, solely for the purposes of processing and forwarding orders created on the site by the Subject of personal data.
  1. The Operator is obliged:

• organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;
• provide the subject of personal data, upon his request, with information regarding the processing of his personal data, or legally provide a refusal.
• at the request of the subject of personal data, clarify the processed personal data, block or delete if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
• in case of withdrawal by the subject of personal data of consent to the processing of his personal data, stop processing personal data and destroy personal data within the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Operator is obliged to notify the subject of personal data about the destruction of personal data.

 

4. Rights and obligations of the Subject of personal data
   1. The Subject of personal data has the right:

• require clarification of his personal data, their Blocking or Destruction (in case the personal data are incomplete, outdated, unreliable, illegally obtained, are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing or are used for purposes not stated earlier when the Subject of personal data provided consent to the processing of personal data);
• take measures provided by law to protect his rights;
• withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data.
  1. The Subject of personal data is obliged to provide complete, accurate and reliable information about his personal data.
  2. The right of the subject of personal data to access his personal data may be limited in accordance with federal laws

 

5. Measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing

When processing personal data, the Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
